The College Wide Diversity Committee is excited about the ongoing communication that this newsletter will provide. It is our intent to publish/send this communication out each month. The members of our committee, even while being called upon by many service requests continue to communicate their dedication to the cause of expanding diversity initiatives at the college. For this I am grateful. Black History and Women’s History months are times when a full range of campus programming occurs to celebrate the contributions of both African Americans in February, and Women in March. In the coming issues we will be including programs and celebrations created by other members of the college community. We urge Administrators Faculty and Staff, to visit our programs and learn, teach and grow.
